Fast Feet Creators

Creator seeding, run end to end. You approve the list, we do the rest.

Product seeding at scale across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. Sourcing, logistics, creator management, content collection and rights clearance, handled as one job rather than five.

What creator seeding actually is

Seeding is putting your product into the hands of people whose audience already trusts them, without buying a post. No media fee, no ad read, no script. The creator receives the product, uses it, and posts if it earns the post.

It works because the audience can tell the difference. A paid placement is read as an advert. A creator showing something they were sent and actually liked is read as a recommendation. That gap is the entire value of the channel.

It fails when it is run badly. Wrong creators, missing addresses, product that arrives late, no follow up, no rights to reuse what comes back. Most of the work is operational, and operations is what we sell.

What we handle
  • Sourcing against your actual buyer profile, not just your category
  • Vetting on engagement quality, audience location and past brand work
  • Outreach, negotiation and agreement of terms with every creator
  • Full logistics: name collection, address collection, dispatch, delivery tracking
  • Follow up until the content is posted, not until the product is sent
  • Usage rights cleared so you can reuse the content in paid social
  • A reporting pack with every asset, link and result in one place

What you get back

01
The creator list

Profiles, audience data and a reason each one is on the list, sent to you for approval before anything ships.

02
The content

Every post and story collected, downloaded and organised. Not screenshots. The actual files.

03
The rights

Written usage permission from each creator, so your paid team can run the best performing assets without a second negotiation.

04
The report

Reach, engagement, delivery rate, posting rate and cost per asset. What worked, what did not, and what we would change.

How a campaign runs

01
Scope

Product, market, target customer, volume and window. Half an hour on a call is usually enough.

02
Sourcing

We build the list against your buyer profile and send it for approval. You cut anyone you do not want.

03
Dispatch

We collect addresses, coordinate with your warehouse or ours, and track every delivery.

04
Follow through

Creators are briefed and chased. Content is collected as it goes live, with rights cleared.

05
Report

Full pack delivered. Assets, links, numbers and a recommendation for the next round.

Who this is for

Brands

You have a product, a launch window and a market. You want proof and content, not a media plan.

Agencies

You have the client and the strategy. You need the seeding operation run properly under your name, on your timeline.

Destinations and public sector

You need credible local voices talking about a place, an event or a programme, at a volume a handful of ambassadors cannot reach.

Questions we get asked

How is seeding different from paid influencer marketing?

In paid influencer marketing you buy a post, and the creator is contractually obliged to publish. In seeding you send the product and the creator decides. You give up the guarantee and you get authenticity in return. In practice we run both, and most brands end up seeding at volume and paying only the creators who prove themselves.

How many creators do I need?

It depends on the product and the market, not on a formula. A single launch in one city looks nothing like a national rollout. We size it against your objective on the first call and tell you if the number you had in mind is too low to matter or higher than it needs to be.

What size of creator do you work with?

Roughly 1,000 to 100,000 followers. Nano and micro creators through to mid tier. Below that the reach rarely justifies the logistics, above that you are usually better off paying for a placement than hoping for one.

Do I have to pay the creators?

Not in a seeding programme. The product is the exchange. Where a creator is worth paying we will tell you and handle that separately, but it is not the default model.

Can I use the content in my ads?

Yes, and this is the part most people underestimate. We clear usage rights as part of the process, so the content you get back can go straight into paid social. For many clients that alone justifies the campaign, before a single organic impression is counted.

Which markets do you cover?

The UAE and Saudi Arabia are our core markets, and we work across the wider GCC. We are based in Dubai and Riyadh, which matters more than it sounds for logistics and for knowing which creators are actually credible locally.
